HICOM, as the only non-profit college of Oriental Medicine in the state of Hawai'i, has the sole purpose to "help keep our community healthy".  

HICOM is committed to providing low cost, quality community health and education through our teaching clinics and class offerings.

HICOM engages its' responsibility as a key member of the community to do everything we can to help. 

HICOM realizes to teach well requires being an excellent example for students, acupuncturists, patients and the entire community.
