These are members of the community who through decades of learning, commitment and hard work are ready to guide us in our journey.
HICOM is lucky to benefit from the wisdom and leadership of important members of the community. The Advisory Board works directly with the executive team to provide additional depth of wisdom to the direction of the college.
This process truly reflects the indigenous village model where key elders step forward to take responsibility to provide guidance as needed.
